After leading HR teams in the corporate, engineering, and manufacturing industries for 15 years, Melanie chose to bring executive HR principles to small and medium-sized organisations. MAP’s goal is to enhance and strengthen in-house HR capabilities or, in cases where there is no internal HR function, to provide comprehensive outsourced HR services.
